About staff..

I notice that a lot of the staff that just got hired from the forums never come here. Most staff that got hired never even come here at all! Well at least the new ones. So just letting you know I had an idea though how about all new staff that just got hired doesn't come in a week they are fired. I dunno just a suggustion.

That's true. But, I seen a lot of people that were hired here at Mystical Homes or some other place and they weren't busy at all!

I agree with Keve. You have to admit, she has a piont. Rizz, doing all of that DS then having it all go to waste. My opinion is, it doesn't matter if you are active on the boards or not but it's how much you do in the dream that counts. Don't you agree? I mean, the person could be really active on the boards but if all he/she do is sits around in the dream and ignore visitors, then what piont is that? That would suck if the person works really hard in the dream, serving the guest and all and get fired JUST because they didn't post on the forums. But then again, it would be nice if everyone is active on the forum, right? I must admit myself, I'm Co-Owner and you're probably more active than me. Lols. Yes, this is me, Kiekia. I agree with Kev, and Kiekia, but I think Riz maybe should add a small part to the guidelines stating that any staff not attending for more than a week in a row, will be fired. If they are on a vacation, or so, they should contact Riz first. Just my opinion on the matter.

I don't exactly get what you're saying. But if you're saying that they have not been in the dream, I've already stated that:

Oh, I thought you meant, not attending on the forums.

And yes, I can agree with that; Being fired after not comming to the dream after a time period, but I don't like the idea of being fired just because you didn't post on the forums at least, once a week.

I never said anything about being fired for not posting once a week. o.o

Speaking (again) of inactivity, there is almost no one ever talking on the forums aside us, plus Riz has uploaded the dream an awfully few times lately. Just saying this is a little eerie.

That's true I come on here everyday just to check up on the forums and I look at applications.

Ah, Rizz tends to do that. He will upload the dream for awhile, then go for a period of no-uploading. I'm sure he'll upload the dream soon. I think he's only on, on weekends.

@Sakura: Applications are closed, so no one would post on the forums for quite awhile.

Actually, he's on everyday, but only for no more than 2 hours though. He's uploading his other dreams so he can attract more attention.
